Aqueveque's House

In a high end neighborhood of Vitacura, what once was a brick house with shingled pitched roofs. Inside this shared wall house was a old kindergarten that has ceised to exist.
Now presents itself a 2 story interior addition with a rooftop garden and barbecue to look over the neighborhood.
The facade is composed of a red recycled plastic sheet finish, with folding metal shutters for the harsh summer sun.
Inside presents itself a 3 story high void that connects the rooftop shutters to the living room.

The steel staircase with the continuous metal bar leads towards the library and shared office space. Inside the bathroom is a jacuzzi with an inclined gutter for the drainage, giving an elevated elegance to the flow of water.
